I'd like to play a game in which gamers (tabletop or larp) get involved in something bigger and more sinister, darker and more fantastic. It can be related to the game they're playing, or incidental. The key is that the PCs are a gaming group/club, preferably normal folks with nerdy pop culture ideas but little insight into the truths of the setting (whatever they may be)

Systems: Fate, Gurps, Call of Cthulhu, nWoD, Nemesis, or Unknown Armies.

Ideally, their "gaming" skills should in no way translate over into the real adventure they're about to get involved in.

One of my dnd campains at one point had the characters go to the modern world and kill the players lol.

This request reminds me of the old Guardians of the Flame book series.

If a fate game where the GM posts about once a week would be good for you I might see if we can work something out. I like fate as a system a lot, and we could see with each other's preferences wether we would use core or accelerated. I'm also open for using an alternative from the Toolkit. I've tried 'aspects only' once, but that game fell flat, and if we do core I'm usually partial to the 'freeform skills' alternative from the Toolkit. Send me an rmail if this tickles your fancy.
