Hello! I have a few questions too..

Hello, I am freeko and I will be hopefully doing some roleplay here in the foreseeable future.

I have a character, Rosalia Abreu, and I have her image ready to go. The problem I am having is getting a "thumbnail" of the image to show in the forum so that when it is clicked the full size version would show instead of just having the full sized image showing all the time.

If someone would be able to enlighten me as to how to properly format the images on this particular forum, I would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time in reading this,

freeko

Hello! I have a few questions too..

Hi freeko, welcome to RPoL.

What you are trying to do is not actually possible here.  RPoL does not use HTML code, but its own RuBB code, which duplicates a limited subset of HTML.  What you describe is not part of that subset.

The closest you can get to what you want would be to post the thumbnail, with a (text) link to the full sized image next to it.

More information on posting images and links can be found in the Help files: /help/?t=faqs&page=rubbcode

Hello! I have a few questions too..

Ok, thanks for that. I guess my problem is more that I do not know how to properly express the "align=right" portion of the image code thing. Essentially I want to have text on the left side while the image is on the right side.

This is going to take some getting used to for me, but I will adapt. I hope before it drives me nuts!

In all fairness though, would you help me a little bit with this?

I want to basically have a "face" to the text that is being used and want to know the best way to handle things since I know little about how this particular forum operates.

<img src="url"> I understand just fine, but what I fail to understand is the proper application of the align="right/left" portion. Even if I have two images on lines that are nowhere near each other it just stacks the images on the bottom right corner of the post from right to left. Is there any way I can adjust what I am trying to write in the <> to have the images show at least on top of each other instead of beside each other?
