Hey new player here and i have always wanted to try roleplaying. But i cant seem to understand how to join a game and how the games work? i have checked the faqs.

Find a game you wish to join--likely through the Wanted: Players forum.
Then click the "Request Access" link at the top of the game's forum. You'll likely have a better chance of succeeding if you pay attention to any thread titled "RtJ" (it stands for "Request to Join"), though you'll probably want to read more threads than that to know you want to join it anyway.
