Welcome!  This is a wonderful site, full of interesting people and some of the best gaming in the net.

If you hadn't yet, go ahead and read the FAQ section in the upper right hand corner.  That should answer most of your questions.

Then go ahead and enjoy perusing the Forums, especially the Wanted Players section to see who's currently "hiring" for games, or you can use the Browse feature to look for whatever game you want.
