Now this is the speech I give all newcomers to the site:

Firstly go read the Help Files and FAQs located in the upper right corner of your screen: they will help you avoid a lot of the pitfalls new players are prone to.

Secondly go check out the Game Proposals, Input, and Advice board to see if there is a game in the works you would like to play in: failing that go check Wanted - Players, and if neither of those pan out go to Wanted - GMs and post a thread requesting one that fits your parameters.

Thanks Alexei! This is a neat forum so far, lots of work went into it I bet! I ran a personal forum for many years for the game groups I was in with several gamer focused mods and so have a healthy respect for the behind the scenes work.

Being a new Mom I'm not able to be in a regular table top game for a while schedule wise and so I thought a dedicated PbP would be worth a go. I'm looking forward to playing with folks who are passionate writers. :)
