So my last post on here was probably too long ago to matter anymore. Therefore, here's a greeting that's more up-to-date.
Hello.
Now with all that out of the way, I look forward to roleplaying here soon. At the moment, I'm swamped with a college semester and (during my off-time) a project involving a low fantasy continuity setting.
Some of my favorite genres (of any sort of fiction) include: Science Fiction (practically any kind except Superhero Fiction), Low Fantasy (preferably with little to no magic that can be wielded Harry Potter style; I do like the adventure aspect of High Fantasy though), Epic (like the Iliad or Beowulf), and Historical (particularly Bronze Age Anatolia or Classical Greece). Alternate histories are good too.
Don't count on me to join any plot focusing primarily on romance (and expect me to post terribly in those situations). I'll also avoid anything involving 'anime physics' or superpowered characters/settings; not that I dislike them particularly, but after four years of attempting to roleplay with those two elements, I've learned that I'm not particularly skilled at them. I'm also fine with dice, but not any complex number-crunching systems (which I find intriguing enough to read; just not entertaining enough to use).
