Hi from Southport (UK).

I'm just returning to the concept of gaming and running a traditional table top series of D&D style dungeon crawls using Pathfinder System, to get a bunch of people into the RPG world.

Main experience as a player is in AD&D up to 3.5, including running Ravenloft (pre D20 system and some D20 system based) campaigns, and playing in Planescape, Forgotten Realms and some other worlds created by friends. Have also played (and GM'd) Dark conspiracy, GURPS and systems such as TOON and Tales from the floating vagabond for light hearted game nights.

I have also dabbled in playing SLA Industries, Star Wars and MERPS.

My current interest however, is developing my own Pathfinder System based world for my group of players with the intention of taking them through the mists to Ravenloft where I have some old friends waiting to terrorise new gamers.

If i get into the swing of this RPOL forum, i may just start a game here too, but for now, I shall be nosing around and getting the hang of this forum, before getting into some games.

Further to the above, as I am based in UK, I would prefer to get to learn the "ropes" (with regards to RPOL) with UK based players and GM's. This is simply to not need to hold anyone up due to time differences around the world

No problems, at all, WebbyGK.   actually, many games here are slow enough so that you only need to post once or twice a day, so you can have people from all over the world who can all enjoy the game at the same rate.
Though we have a lot of Europeans here if you still prefer to have people on your own timezone.

Feel free to check out the Wanted Players thread to see which games or "hiring", or you can make your own post in Wanted GMs to ask for whatever you'd like.

Aye to the time-zone thing - I have players from two continents (at least, maybe three), and I'm on the night shift, so we post at all kinds of different times of day!
