Hello ... various race type RPs,

I'm new here, but have been involved with some RPs previously, so I know it takes a lot of time just to start or join a RP.

However, I'm new to this type, so please understand.

I mostly want fast phase games where I will play about 3 hours non stop.

I'll be better if it was someone in UK

Afraid you're in the wrong place, RC. This is all Play by Post, which means that people are in and out at various times, posting their moves and then waiting for the GM and others to post in return. Some games manage a couple of rounds per day, some more, most every other day or so to longer intervals. Continuous action isn't much in the cards.
