Character Sheets

Hi all!

I'm new to forum RPGs and I'm trying to figure out the best way to work with character sheets. I'm hoping to set up a PBP game with some friends because our schedules and locations don't allow us to hang out together, but since we're all new to this medium, I could use some pointers.

Thanks!

Re: Character Sheets

There's a forum here, called Heaven, that is a trove of various resources including character sheets for various rulesets.

Re: Character Sheets

If not you can probably get someone in your game to make one for you.  That's what I ended up doing.

Re: Character Sheets

Yeah, I kind of did that pfarland. In the last game I ran one of my players conveniently was a more experienced GM with the same system. When in doubt ask for help!

Re: Character Sheets

I can do lot's of things including type up quasi military/secret documents in the RPOL interface, do tables up just fine, excel-fu my way through things.  Making up even a passable character sheet is NOT one of the things I can do.

Re: Character Sheets

And the <tt> tag is your friend. Anywhere but the character sheet with the fixed with setting means stuff looks right till you submit it otherwise.

And i always work in notepad its great for getting the layout right, turn of fixed witdh(sp)
