They are detailed in our Adult Games policy (see the FAQs link at the upper right, under Site Policies).

Also note that while the ages aren't changing, the way the age checks are done will be changing some time in the next couple weeks ( link to a message in "RPoL Announcements" ).

Lol. Your gender doesnt matter. Browse around and then go to the requested player thread. If i can give an advice i suggest you to start with free form games as you can start quicly role playing caring less about rules.
