Hello everyone!

Im new to the play by post scene but have alway been intrigued by the notion of playing this way. However im not new to pen and paper rpgs, have been playing them for about 20 years give or take (im 35 as of yesterday and live in Sweden).

As soon as i have familiarized myself with how to play this way i am looking for a mature and storydriven game. All newbie tips appreciated.

All of them pretty much. But at the moment i am mostly interested in Numenera (because it is so refreshing) , Shadowrun (since i played the kickstarter computergame) , Owod and Nwod ( Will always have a big place in my heart :)

But i can probably be convinced to play almost anything esp. games of which i own the books. Althogh we are running cthulu with my RL group so would prefer not to play that.

There are a number of games in  Wanted - Players.  Maybe something there would interest you.

You'll find all the systems you mentioned here.  The most popular games tend to be D&D and freeform, but there's a lot of interest here in Numenora, and Shadowrun, OWoD, and NWoD all have contingencies of fans here.

If you don't find what you're looking for in Wanted - Players, you can browse the current games on the main page or post as ad in Wanted - GMs describing the specific game you're looking for.
