Hello everyone. Where exactly should I post a RTJ?

In the game that you want to join.  There's a link in the header/footer that says 'Request Access'...that starts a Private Message thread with the game's GM where you can express your interest in their game and take care of any requirements they may have for consideration (some like you to give them a character concept, some want you to have a character basically figured out, some have a key phrase in their 'RTJ Information' (or similar title) thread that they want you to include just to show that you've read what they're looking for...)

Oh, yes...if you haven't done already, make sure you read that RTJ Information or other 'before you join' information threads before you send in the RTJ.  It will get you better results and potentially save you from winding up in a game that you're going to be instantly dissatisfied with.

Not a problem.  If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.  We were all new to this once upon a time, and I know the only reason I stuck around long enough to get a handle on most of it (I've been here for years and still don't have a handle on ALL of it) was because someone was patient with me asking questions.
