Hello,

I've created a character generator for Vampire the Masquerade (the old system from the 1990's) and I am looking for some feedback.

I made the system using the one main core rule book.  I think it is 100% accurate but I have had no reviewers.  If you are familiar with that game system could you please evaluate the tool for me.  I could use some feedback.

The only think that has not been done yet is to fully print out the finished character.   ((yes people can use the right mouse-click and select print but there is no print button that works at this time)).

Anyone running a World of Darkness game from that edition should find the tool useful.

your generator is ok. But its only set for Gen 13 which is very limiting.
There is a merit Generations that widens that from Generation 8 to 12 (1 point per generation earlier). But two: Some people have games using higher or lower generations. So in my opinion that should be left blank for the player to insert.
For a first time effort it shows promise though.

I went through and made a character (well I put in numbers) and then tried to use the "Show me my vampire" button and it might just be because I'm on mobile, but the button didn't do anything. Any suggestions to fix it on my end, or is it broken?

If you put points into the generation advantage and then scroll back up to the top of the sheet you will note the generation has changed from 13 to the newly purchased value.

I did just check the flaw 14th gen and did note it does not update from 13th then 14th generation.  I will enter a bug for this.  Thank you!

The current scope of the generator was for character creation based on the original book.   I will keep and open mind about allowing a manual override for version 2.0.

I'll update the messaging.  Currently there is not a nicely formatting printed version.  (on a laptop you could right click and select print though).
