Ok Ive done an NPC encounter Generator, it can be used to generate Character Sheets, Treasure Traps, Combat Resolution, Location Data, Dice Rolls, anything you devise the editable Lists for, at the Moment its NPCs with 3 Cards ,and 6 data fields on each card, but its made to be flexiable
Ive added selectable dice pools and target numbers, and sucess and reroll flags, especialy for World of Darkness

No there is a complex dice generator d4s d6s d8s d10s d12s d20s, you can select how many to roll, and select either pool or Total, you can set a target number to pool sucesses.

Google drive does anti-virus checks as you download, the download button is at the top of the screen , most people get confused where to actualy click to download.

I did this program with BlitzMax, I am trying to get a digital RPG running with a good tool maybe for World of Darkness

added a random 120 draw, Ive now added , a 3 card selector with padlocks, each card will draw a random card from 120 card deck, its not restricted by 3 card per file , the draw is true random for each slot.

ADDDED a multideck version, that allows for 4 decks, or dungeon layout tile ideas etc.. you can change decks whenever you want.
I have split the list values up, so now you have 3 values.txt files in each chars folder, for each char
