Is there a way to tell if a player has removed a game from his/her list or do you just assume from absence of posts

Even if they take it off their sticky list, it will pop back on when a post is made, but no, there's no way to know if a player is ignoring the game.  You could check the cast list to see what the last day they logged in was, but only the day (not the time or whether or not they read anything or sent a PM).

The only one who could know for certain is the GM, who can see the date/time stamp of their last login and whether or not they have submitted a resignation from the game PM.
