RPOL has a Game Proposal Input and Advise (IIRC) GPIA forum. It can have one thread per game idea to see what interest there is for each of them. The one post with many games in it I would have a hard time sifting through.
RPOL does do an excellent job of not just hosting but connecting people.

Can also check out Plots, Story lines, and other wierdness.
It's in this section further down the page. I started it as a way for people to share concepts and ideas for games.
