Given that I've never seen an official reply (not even in the movies, though it's been a while since I watched them), I was going for one that matched the syntax of the original message. So, following the ideas of parallelism, "with you" matches "with you," and "as well" matches the formality of "may." Just doing English Major stuff when I'm not certain of what else to say.
Also... given that I've been to a Catholic Wedding once, and never to mass, I can honestly say that the influence of the Church on my response is negligible, but it seems to have influenced your response to mine plenty. ;)
Edit: IS there an official response? A quick search has revealed nothing official, and even "And with you as well" being vaguely accepted, despite its apparently Catholic roots.
