I was wondering: did anyone here pick this new NWoD game up? What's your opinion on it, if so?

Also... what is this game about, actually? I only know that it features people with the souls of the dragons or other mythical beasts...

I haven't seen it but I am curious. I am a staunch supporter of the Old World of Darkness, better Lore in my opinion, but this could be the one that wins me over to New World.
