If I delete old NPCs from a game will their old posts retain the picture ? Or will the pictures become disassociated and go away ?

As far as I know, posts remain eternal until deleted directly.

A post by an old character will still show the biography lines, picture, post count, etc but the name will no longer be a link to their description but instead will be just text like our member names in the Community Chat forum.
