I'm looking for something to run for a tabletop group. As I don't presently have the time to write something from scratch, I was looking for a published adventure or campaign.

My group would prefer something that is heavy on story/narrative elements and lighter on combat. I think some of them have an inclination towards the fantasy genre, but I'm open to suggestions in all genres.

My fallback in this category is Call of Cthulhu, but if the community has suggestions in other genres and systems, I'd be greatly appreciative.

Call of cthulhu, Masks of Nyarlathotep is the classic. But if you want something of greater length go for Horror on the Orient Express.
