So, once again, I'm wondering whether I should be picking up Mummy: the Curse... And here's a question to anybody who knows the game:

What is the game about? From the summaries I've read, it seems that the only thing the mummies do in this game is hunt for magical objects. If so, then, isn't it a bit limited? How many interesting adventures can you have, if they are all about recovering relics? Or maybe the summaries I've read are wrong and there's more to the game?

Also, I have a practical question: if I understand correctly, that game is only available through POD service on DrivethruRPG. The site offers two print versions: Standard and Premium. Does anyone know how much better the Premium version is when it comes to the print quality? I have some Standard-version books from this site and while they look nice, the illustrations are quite... pale.

Is it set in the God Machine setting?

It was the last NWoD game before God-Machine, I think.
