Hello all,

I just started GM'ing a game of Wild Talents. I'm having an issue modeling one character's powers so I want to try and crowd source an answer.

The power is being able to pick up and transmit electromagnetic signals. He wants to be able to.
-"Hear" and interpret wireless data signals
-Send false radio and video feeds
-see through security cameras
-hijack drones
-etc.

All the ways I have tried to model it seem like too much or too little.

This is in a 200pt game ignoring archetypes.

Any help is appreciated.
