I searched Rpol for a Judge Dredd game at all and was wondering why there wasn't one active, inactive or other. I figured I'd ask the community how they felt.

It's likely because you haven't made it yet. ^_^ There are concentrations of games I find, but because of the nature of RPoL, the only reason there isn't one now is because no one has started one.
If you build it, they will come.
