Dear Brainstrust,

I'm looking for an in-browser tool where I can basically build a deck of cards of my own design.

I don't want to print them.

Bonus points if the tool can also handle shuffling & dealing rules.

I'm aware of Lackey & Octgn... but I'm not keen on these for my proof of concept.
