I, for one, am stoked to hear this.  Both from a business standpoint (rewarding loyal and timely customers/clients) and from a user's perspective (better hardware means potentially less downtime).

Does this theoretical (as it has not been given physical form and a guarantee of being used by jase yet) new server have a name yet, or should we give it one?  Because being part of a group of nerds naming computer hardware is some of the most fun I've ever had.

Hope it helps those probs of logging in and not able to get to sie. Happens a lot it seems.

Some of those problems are network issues, where the network between your location and the RPOL server suffers lag or connection breakdowns...nothing you or RPOL does can correct that.

But upgraded hardware certainly can't hurt.
