Berry, make a will roll  - and you can toss that bolt without a roll, just roll damage.

Gareth is still behind the door - the reaver is on the other side of it and not directly visible to him.

Berry's bolt strikes it in the chest, causing it to cough raspily, and the Adept's blade catches it just under the arm, where the armor
absorbs most of the damage, but the lizard priest still draws blood!


Beyond him are a few others wearing the same ornate mail.

One you recognize immediately, as he has only one eye and part of an arrow stuck in the other socket.

Amelia contributes, "Eep!" and nearly drops her sword before taking some paces away.

The gaunt warrioris staggered by the Adept's blow tonhis vitals, and he falls backwards into a seated position and cougghs up blood.

The adept makes a killing blow to the head, then comes on guard for the next one.

as the gaunt swordsman collapses with his hand over the wound dealt by the adept,
Gareth can peek around the door, which still provides a bit of cover.

[Private to GM: Can I hold this attack until I get to use it? It was a surprisingly good roll! Rolled 6, 5 under skill to touch him with his dragonbone (ie not metal) Jo to discharge the Burning death spell. Once spell is discharged, he will employ retreating dodge to make full use of cover, before that he will use parry if he has to. Rolled 1 under parry, rolled 1 under retreating dodge, used as needed.]
